JGaming: Switch Madness

Mondays, November 4 – December 16

Ready for nonstop gaming fun? In this exciting class, we’ll play a different Nintendo Switch game each week, giving players a chance to experience a variety of game styles. Whether it’s racing, strategy, or sports, every session will focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and fun. Join us as we build up our Esports program, one game at a time!

Sports of Sorts

Tuesdays, November 5 – December 17

Get ready for a fun-filled adventure! Each week, kids will try their hand at different sports and games, keeping things fresh and exciting. Whether it’s learning new skills or playing old favorites, this class is perfect for active kids who love variety and surprises. It’s all about staying active, having fun, and discovering new sports in a positive, encouraging environment!

JStrike

Wednesdays, November 6 – December 18

Kick, block, and build confidence! In this Taekwondo class, kids will learn the basics of martial arts, focusing on discipline, respect, and self-control. The price includes a Gi, so they’ll be ready to jump into action from day one. Join us for an exciting journey with JStrike Taekwondo!

Board Game Masters

Thursdays, November 7 – December 19

Board Game Masters is where kids ages 6-8 will dive into a new board game each week, learning strategy and teamwork. The final week will feature an exciting showdown, putting their skills to the test!

Mini Olympic Games

Mondays, November 4 – December 16

Join the Olympic Games and experience a whirlwind of fun and excitement! Each week, children will take part in a variety of playful, imaginative challenges inspired by the spirit of the Olympics. Kids will engage in a diverse array of activities that promote movement, teamwork, and joy. It’s all about celebrating play and imagination in a dynamic, high-energy environment!

Mini Ninja Warriors

Thursdays, November 7 – December 19

Step into the world of ninja training with our Ninja Warrior class! Young ninjas will navigate age-appropriate obstacle courses, practice balance, and build agility through engaging and playful challenges. This class is all about fun, fitness, and fostering confidence as kids tackle each ninja challenge.

JLab Classes

JLabs Calendar 

Lego League
In this class, we will challenge your engineering skills by giving students a long-term task to create over multiple days and weeks. We will start with a basic concept and build a story and Lego city around it. It will include moving parts and lots of imagination! We will have a showcase to show off all we have accomplished.

Logic Games
In this class, we will receive daily challenges with a new logic/strategic style game to add to our overall goal of creating the Ultimate Squid Games Finale. This will be showcased to include our friends and families’ participation. Students will participate in logic-style games and puzzles to win small prizes!

What’s my line again?
In this class, students will be given a concept and will then create a short play by making all the content, and costumes and by building the set. The students will strengthen their communication and team-building skills while letting their creativity soar! We will then present our play to our friends and families for them to enjoy!

Task Master – JCC
In this class, students will be given a seemingly impossible task to solve. This will allow them to problem-solve situations like they have never done before! They will team up and create tasks for one another, which will encourage teamwork and negotiation skills which are beneficial in everyday life. We will showcase several of the tasks created throughout the year so parents and families can participate

Just4Kids Calendar

An enriching after-school program awaits! Kids can be bused from school if needed. They will enjoy a snack, choose from our list of electives, receive homework assistance, or engage in other exciting activities of the day. After all the fun, parents can pick up their child

Thursday September 26th 6:30 – 8

For ages 9-12

Join Community Inclusion at the Katz JCC on September 26th as we dive into the world of E-Sports. We are bringing our friends from GameTruck NJ to allow us to jump into the gaming space. We hope to see you there! Snacks and interactive programs will be included. Open to the Community with supports for neurodivergent participants.

Family Martial Arts Program

Sunday September 29th from 2-3pm.

for ages 5-12

Join Community Inclusion with your family for a day full of fun! We will be jumping into our first family martial arts class! No experience or equipment is necessary. Come learn how to punch, kick, and move your body in the most fun way there is, Karate! This program is open to all community members. The program was designed for the variable support needs of neurodivergent individuals and their families.
